One of such a fairytale is the beautiful wedding of Bhavanjeet & Jeremy held in August, 2020 in cairns, the most vibrant and renowned city of Queensland. Being stuck amid lockdown in Victoria, Melbourne, it was really disappointing for us as we couldn’t be able to shoot the wedding. But as always, our team in Brisbane was supportive this time as well. Our efficient team of photographers and cinematographers cover the haldi/mayian ceremony of Jeremy, the groom in Brisbane. The wedding was held in Cairns after 2-3 days of Jeremy Mayian and Jago ceremony. Just like Jeremy and his family members and friends, our team travelled to cairns to shoot the wedding of Bhavanjeet & Jeremy.
Bhavanjeet’s Haldi/Mayian, choora, jago and sangeet ceremonies were held couple of days before the wedding. Ceremonies mark life’s essential moments. They reflect our belief’s, hopes, traditions, culture and spirituality but they also express who are we.
It was splendid and peaceful wedding at Gurunanak Sikh Mission Temple Gordonvale in Cairns followed by reception, doli and paani varna. After the wedding, our team took the couple for a quick location session and then, they cover the reception.
The Doli was from bride house which was really very emotional moment for everyone including us when we got all the clips from wedding from our team. The wedding of Bhavanjeet & Jeremy came to end with the paani varna ceremony at the hotel where Jeremy and his family was staying. We did miss the coverage of this beautiful lockdown wedding but The Grace Weddings is really very proud of our team efforts for their amazing work. It took 3-4 weeks for me to edit the video. Throughout this, we were in constant contact with Bhavanjeet who was really very supportive.
I sent her some songs for selection for the wedding highlights and she selected one beautiful English song “Tonight Secret Nation” and Punjabi song by Akhil “ khwaab”. Both the songs perfectly fitted to the clips or as a video editor, I did try my best to give the best results. The couple loved the highlights and that’s what matters the most to a wedding company. The happiness of our client is our priority.
